There's no proven method to grow your hair faster. You just need to keep your hair in really good condition. Deep condition, use coconut oil, frequent trims; all things that'll help your hair be healthy :)

Braided it and challenge Your self to no heat for a month I use coconut oil and a teaspoon of olive oil with the yoke of an egg in my hair for 30 mins and its been growing pretty good.

Trim it once a month, don't brush it when wet, always brush gently, keep a good conditioner and shampoo in the shower, you can try some home-methods to make it grow faster, but they don't always work.

Try to sleep with your hair up and try to have it up sometimes because having it down too much weights it down obviously and then it doesn't grow.

I never use heat on my hair. Like NEVER! And my hair had grown 40 cm in two years. The average is 24 cm in two years. But now I donated it so in my profile picture I have super short hair, but don't be fooled by that lol! But I never used a hairmask or regular trims or oils or whatever. I don't think you need that. Just don't use heat and well that's it really. I was never carefull with my hair or something. Maybe I just have super-fast-growing-hair... I donated my hair a month ago, and it has grown about 4 cm already :P. Maybe my hair is just odd though...
