My makeup always cakes up around my nose and between my eyebrows. I moisturize everyday and exfoliate regularly, so how come my skin is still so dry? The rest of my face is oily combination though.

It's just dry skin. I would look into changing my moisturizer.

That's like me but I get it around d my upper lip corner and forehead I just nivea and I put it leave it on for a but and the smooth it around and it helps out a lot.

I have the same problem :/ I had to get prescription creams from my doctor as no matter how much I moisturized it made no difference :( but maybe try a more hydrating moisturiser first and see how you get on with it

I totally feel you, I had the same problem and it made my foundation look horrible. it got better since I started using av?ne moisturizer. I recommend you try it.
