That sounds like a really cute outfit (: me personally I would go with a dramatic smokey eye look. Not to mention a nice matte red lip (: definitely contour your face!

I'm going to do a dark/ bright red ombré lip with a hint of gold shimmer and a neutral eye with some winged out liner

I'm not a fan of red lip with red top, I vote smokey eye with glitter, gold or silver and then a neutral lip.

I would do pin up make up with such a classic color scheme. Dramatic, yet simple and a winged eye would compliment the red lip.
