I'm buying a pair of black converse. Help me decide? I wanted high ones at first but I'm 5'3'' and a lot of people said that high tops make your legs look short. Is that true?

It depends on you cause I'm short and my legs are sorta cubby and they don't look to good but they go good with clothes as well as the regular converse.

I'm short and I'm using high top with in soles ( heels you put inside). There are actually in soles specifically made for converse shoes. They give me more confidence and totally makes my legs look long.

I'm the same height and I hate the way the low tops make my feet look: I think the high tops are edgier, trendier and can be worn with a lot more outfits. I don't think that they make my legs look shorter; but they don't make them longer either.
