How to bring this to a head?

I have a cystic pimple on my forehead (super conspicuous) and I really want to hurry up and get it to a head (if cystic acne can do that??) so I can get it over with. What should I put on it to do that? I'm already using an acne cream on it with benzoyl peroxide, and I don't have any tea tree oil nor any opportunity to buy any for a while. The acne cream isn't helping much, I've been using it for about three days :/

If cystic acne can't be brought to a head, how can I get rid of it quickly?

^yup, put a hot compress on it 3-5 times a day for a few minutes each time. I've personally never thought bp helped cystic acne, it only made the skin more irritable.
