What is a hair color that would be best to color for the winter and spring time?

Winter, i'd say more dark colors such as browns and blacks. For the spring, i'd go for maybe blonde, lighter brown, maybe even a little red? :D

I agree with Monica but you also have to think about your skin tone and personality. Some darker browns and blacks don't go good with some shades of tan skin. If your really pale, I would say that a lighter shade of blonde will probably make you look like a ghost. With my personality, I would look terrible as a blonde so I stick with darker browns or red based browns to match who I am. In the end, whether its December or July, go with a color that suits your personality and skin tone.
