I heard getting it trimmed every 6months is good but what else? shampoos-conditioners? anything really I don't want anything chopped because I looovvee my long (ish ) hair.

1.) when your hair is wet, don't brush it or use a comb/wet brush! Your hair is prone to breakage while wet
2.) if you have dry/ split ends, cut it! It's not going to grow of grow healthy if you don't! It's part of life!!
3.) use hair masks and stuff according to what you need for your hair and your hair type
4.) you can use coconut oil because its the one oil our hair can just suck up!!

Plus, please listen, never take any vitamins or pills for making your hair grow longer/faster unless your doctor okays it.

^ yeah I use a heat protectant so I don't fry my ends. & I use a leave in conditioner sometimes if I want silkier softer hair! & other days I just use a frizz control bc I have frizzy hair lol.

Coconut oil treat 2 or 3 times a week if hair is realy damaged it helped me a lot I jst got organic oil from wal mart warm it up in the microwave for 10 sec till warm and I add a pinch of honey for my color leave it on for about 10 or 20 min then wash it off with your fav shampoo and conditioner worked wonders on my hair it was damaged Also try some heatless hairstyles there are very many you can try
