What would be some good makeup looks or tips to pull off red, berry, or wine colors during the summer? I feel that they're colors for fall and winter, but I've been wanting to wear them so bad lately! Lol☺️

I wear wine and red colors during summer lol, I'm not one for limiting my choices because of seasons! 😃
I just do simple winged liner, or lots of mascara on it's own.

I wear reds and wines all the time in summer!
The key is to make the edges and application clean. Also, stay away from dramatic eyes. I'd go with a natural eye with smudged liner and a coat or two of mascara.

Just kidding, in the summer I love to team my dark lipsticks with lighter garments as opposed to wearing dark lipstick and clothes in the colder months.
