Is revlon colorstay oil, water, or silicone based?
I haven't been able to find a clear answer online and my bottle has no label

Water base uses water as the main base ingredient and silicone uses silicone as a main base ingredient

Oil. I found it only comes off with an oil based makeup remover, not water
