If you do your eyeliner before concealer or foundation, you can also use a q-tip dipped in makeup remover and sharpen the line with it :)
I use the felt tip pen by Essence and it does a great job!

The eyeko London one is good but drys out quick, the 17 make your mark one has lasted me ages and it was on the cheaper side:)

Lancome Artliner is fantastic, but very spendy :( I also like the Palladio liquid liners (at Ulta or Sally's), Physicians Formula Eyebooster liner, and the Milani eye tech liners. A pointed felt tip or felt/brush hybrid tip seems to do the job for me.

Another alternative to a q-tip and makeup remover would be an angled brush and concealer! I always use that to sharpen the edges and fix mistakes with my winged liner :)

Kat Von D tattoo liner (the original liner with the brush tip) it is such an amazing liner, very easy to use great for beginners! Stila stay all day waterproof liquid liner is also really good (easy to use). Bare minerals has double ended liner with a felt tip liquid liner on one end and a kajal liner on the other end, I love this liner just as much as my KVD liner, the only thing is it's not as waterproof as KVD but it's amazing!! I don't have any drugstore ones to reccomend bc I need my liners to be super waterproof ( my eyes water)
