Hey I also wanted to mention that you need to make sure you are using really good scissors (not just the kind from the hair cutting aisle at walmart or some kitchen scissors), the reason being, that you can actually end up getting split end much faster because the scissors that professional stylist use are super sharp, thus preventing damage sooner. That also means you will have to cut more hair off instead of not going to someone because the split ends are worse, which sucks when trying to grow hair out if you want to. It looks good now but next time I would go somewhere to get it done just because of that reason... Idk where you live but it cost me less than $20 to get a haircut which I will take over trying to do it myself.

Not so bad but you should try to trim lil by lil now but dnt pull your hair to much while your cutting cuss that will give the effect of being chopped.. Just separate your hair like in halo form stratin from top to bottom.. Some sharp scissors are good and be careful. Maybe you should just do the front let it grow &get iy cut by sum1.

Oh my god please don't cut your hair at home with regular scissors! There's a reason we hairdressers spend hundreds of dollars on just one pair.

Sorry but $75 is nothing compared to salon scissors. I paid $300 for my first pair with discounts.
