It doesn't look bad but it looks choppy in my honest opinion. I think if you can get someone to feather out your ends and make them softer looking itll look great! :)

Personally I think it looks a little "steppy" I think you need to cut into the layers a bit to soften them and make them a bit choppier. But that's just my personal preference though, if you like it then it doesn't matter.
I'm not a hairdresser though so I wouldn't know how to advise you to do it.

I agree with Dorothea. It looks a bit choppy. You can cut upwards into the ends of the hair (only like half an inch up) and it'll feather it a bit. My hairdresser does this to make it look like I didn't just get a haircut and there's no harsh lines.

The ends are too blunt. when you're cutting layers, you must work in sections and take your time(cut at an angle, take it 95 degrees from your head, start with shorts layer, etcetc). It looks like you just took random pieces and chopped them. feather them out, that'll help a bit.. in order to do so, you take the layers and cut upwards. it looks home done, and not in a good way. that was my CC. I'm sorry if it came off a bit straight forward.
