Hair dye - brown to caramel?

If you bleach it , it can go both ways. 1 it'll go from the brown color you have now to possibly a brassy yellow/orange depends if you've died your hair that color plus it can be damaging. 2 you can look up some remedies on YouTube on how to lighten your hair and it really depends on how your hair might take things. I'm not an expert or anything but I have been doing my hair since 7th grade and I have a lot of experience. I naturally have really drake hair and I've managed to be blonde for quite some time and it's healthy (:

I really like the second one!! And I'm not sure if you'd need to bleach it you might need to because you're going lighter

The thing with highlights is sometimes they look too streaky? I want them meshed well not like lines in my hair haha.
