Hi I think they're offering free samples of their products at participating salons. Google it and you'll get a link to all the salons giving out samples.

I LOVE Aveda products so much! I go to the Aveda salon here in Portland for all my hair needs and their products are all wonderful in my opinion. I usually have them use the shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair and it smells great and my hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave. I highly recommend them! I also use their root boosting spray from time to time and it works well for me. My all time favorite product from them to add body, texture and volume is a spray called Pure Abundance. It gives me gorgeous hair that is easy to style everytime, smells really good, and I think it offers heat protection as well. Whew, sorry if that was too much info, lol. =)
