Hey y'all, I just thought this would be fun to talk about, and I'd love to hear what your favorite high end lippies are!
Mine might have to be Tom Ford's Violet Fatale, it's just such a smooth, gorgeous color that swipes on like nothing else and lasts for absolute ages. It's so creamy and gorgeous that if I ever run out I will 100% buy a new one :)

I still have a yearning for the Dior Addict Fluid stick. I tried out the Sephora brand Rouge Infusion and I like it. Are they even remotely similar?

I really wanna try Melt, but it's like?22 a lipstick! I love Mac lipsticks, they smell of white chocolate :)

Breeze I haven't tried mine yet, but I can let you know when I go home :) there's nothing like the Fluid Sticks that I've yet tried, though...not the Lancôme Lip Lover, not the YSL Glossy Stains. It's a special kind of product :)

I have a free sample of Bare Minerals lipstick and it's ok but they don't have any vampy colors.

Yeah that was my problem. The lipstick itself is creamy, decent wear time and doesn't dry my lips out (everything dries my lips out) but the lack of vampy colors was a deal breaker.

Hmm, I have pretty dry lips as well, Bryanna, so I'll definitely have to see if they have a color that I do like :)

@Hannah - It's the first one, the bright red. The bright pink is Stupid Love, which is also super pretty.

I get that, Harlyn. I also love the Stila liquid lipsticks, and that gloss in Grapefruit is my favorite for a nude lip :)
Oooh Breeze that's super pretty. I love it with your skin tone! That's an awesome shade...sigh, it probably wouldn't look right on me.

I really like the YSL Rouge Volupte Sheer Candy in number 6 which is a sheer red. It lasts ages and gives the lips a lovely moisturised feeling that lasts ages! Plus it's fairly buildable too.
I'd been lusting after them for ages (Mainly because of the packaging originally if I'm completely honest) and I'm so glad I treated myself to one.

It applies so precisely on the edges without even trying! Thank you so much :) I think you should try it, it looks more purpley in real life. Idk why the heck they called it "Strawberry" though :/

Oooh Becky, I do so love YSL lip products, the packaging is always crazy beautiful! I've never tried the Sheer Candy ones though, maybe I'll have to now!
Breeze, is it really purply? That's funny, the name is so off. I'll have to see whether I like the product before I get one for real :)

I'm loving urban decay revolution lipstick in turn on, gorgeous pink shade more on the bright side, creamy formula and creates a stain on your lips. Love the packaging too! I need to try more shades :)

Yeah, I understand the thing about liking the product. you need to like the finish and texture before you decide on a color. I'm still not completely sold on the longevity. I'll try it out tonight and see if I end up looking like I only outlined my lips with a dark liner.
omg that picture looks super scary. it's after sunset here so keep in mind that it'll be a color in between the first one and this one.

Ahhh I keep forgetting the time difference, Breeze! I'm in California now, so I'm an additional 3 hours behind. Let me know how it goes tonight! It's still so pretty, even though it looks different in each picture :)
