Well I can't see well but as a Halloween look, if were cleaned up, I can see it being pretty cool. But just keep practicing :). My eye makeup looks worse than this. Haha thats why I don't wear any.

Practice, practice, practice and start first trying to get the hang of maybe winged eyeliner and slowly start using natural eye shadow then add color. Another thing practice and just wipe it off until you get the look you want and blend, just make sure you have the right tools because its hard to blend without the proper tools.
