I have extremely dry and red eyelids which makes my eye makeup settle awfully! It literally looks like I have wrinkles and I am only 14! Please help I would appreciate anything such as products, skincare routines, etc. thanks so much!

Also get some wrinkle or age defining lift foundation or eye consealer :) just apply that before you put your eye shadow / eye makeup on and it should look better.

Try the Cerave moisturizer for normal to dry skin. My daughter has very dry, flaky skin and this Has definitely helped a lot. I would highly recommend it (:

Try ponds cold cream makeup remover. It is very moisturizing and is sold at any drug store!
