I would say though that the stitches need to be looking like they are tight. Some of them look loose so that would mean that cut would have to look loose in that area to look even more real. I hope you're understanding what I'm saying ^_^

Keep practicing and you will definitely get better at it :)
You are doing great with latex :) I would a little more blood for the effect of t though and also a little more around the edge of the cut. Also don't try to spread the latex out too much over your whole hand. I can see where the latex is.
I hope you don't mind these tip ^_^ if you want me to stop just say so.
