It's probably hyper pigmentation not scars :) hyper pigmentation is just red marks but scars have texture.

Actual scars need professional help but hyper pigmentation goes away on it's own in 6 months or sometimes longer just wear sunscreen.

Agree with Leona , my cousin had the same exact problem. And somehow she got her hands on some shea butter and a couple weeks later it was all gone. For goodness sakes I 've been mentioning shea butter all day lol.
