your skin is very nice, I dont think you need any Concealer or foundation. I wouldn't go with eyeliner yet. You want it to look natural. piling on makeup can take away confidence from your natural beauty. Maybe just a little mascara and lip gloss. I'm 14 and still don't wear makeup every day. lol, just don't over do it. you're absolutely gorgeous!

Try Tarte tinted moisturizer, it will give you a flawless look and the ingredients are very good for your skin like bare minerals. And some mascara :) with a pretty pink blush & Chapstick! Blush will make your complexion against the moisturizer look grog would

Also a tinted moisturizer isn't nowhere near as harsh as a foundation & Tarte is perfect for sensitive skin!

i also have sensitive skin. so i would highly suggest buying Mary Kay mineral powder for light coverage & a nice glow. bare minerals volume mascara and lipgloss

Apply a cream colored eyeshadow on your inner corners and brow bone, then apply a brown that's darker than your skin tone into your crease. Apply mascara (dark brown if you don't want black). Then a liquid blush (yes it exists haha, I like benetint) to apply on your cheeks and as a sheer stain on your lips over a balm. There you go!
