I have brown eyes as well and Jacqueline gave me a list of Mac shadows that would make my eyes pop and of course she was right! Here they are, just to give you a better idea of specific shadows:
Swish, mulch, sketch, amber lights, paradisco, motif, jest, sweet lust, honey lust, honesty, trax, sushi flower, handwritten, dazzlelight, the bling, free to be, red brick, woodwinked. Hope this helps! :-)

Almost anything depending I your skin tone. I like shimmer, so I usually do gold, silver, or shimmery purple. Purple eyeliner will make them pop but so will black on the outer lid & a shimmery white on the lower waterline.
