Eyeliner For Tightline?

So I have always had a hard time finding a liner that stays put on the upper inner line. I do this almost everyday so have had years of trials. For a while I was using Almay's smudgey one, then urban decay, then Revlon something or other...and none seem to stay more than a couple of hours. Is it me or the makeup or both? thanks!

Have you tried the too faced perfect eyes waterproof eyeliner? It works super well for me.

Are you using black eye shadow on top to set the liner. I use Maybelline unstoppable eye liner and black eyeshadow to set

Jordana's made to last 12 hr liquid eyeliner pencil. Inexpensive and great.

Thanks ladies. Mrs. B I do use it on the top lid but not underneath. I will try some of those brands.
