I'm planning on getting extensions very soon and have been researching the different methods but I'm curious as to what you ladies and gents think is the best type to get? I'm also trying to get the best for my buck (since they're pricey) so which is best all around for manageability, lifespan, etc.

I would say clip ins. They are less damaging and you can take them in and out depending on what look you want. They aren't permanent. I have Bellami hair extensions and they are very good quality.

Clip ins in my opinion.

I also love my Bellami hair :) If you want permanent I would say micro bead but I only wear my extensions when I'm going out and stuff so I prefer the clip ins!

How difficult are clip ins to place? Hair styling isn't exactly my strength, I pretty much can only use a flat iron. No matter how many tutorials I watch I just can't get it haha

I literally SUCK at hair hahahaha like I can barely even part mine right. It took me like 5 or 6 tries to make it look natural and babe no clips showing and stuff. Even my first crappy try wasn't that bad though, even with the clips showing and looking all ratchet it looked a lot better than just my natural hair hahah. I watched tutorials as well and they didn't help me much either! I'm still playing around with them and learning what works best for my big head but the learning curve isn't too bad! I went from taking like a half hour to put them all in to taking like 5 minutes! Curling & styling them is a process for me though still!

I think clip ins then you can change if you feel like showing your natural hair sometimes x
