Hmm the only reason air bubbles happen in your dried mani: When you apply a layer over one that is not completely dry, when it does dry air tries to escape from underneath the polish, causing the bubbles. Maybe try even thinner coats? If you are impatient as I am when it comes to dry time here are a few tips to speed the process... Ice water: just dip your tips in a bowl of water and ice cubes for as long as you can stand it. Cooking Spray: sounds weird, but works! After you do a layer, wait 4 to 5 mins and then spray it right on your nails (this is great for your cuticles as well), after letting the oil sit there for like 5 mins gently wash with soap and COLD water before doing the next layer.

By any chance do you have high humidity in your residence? Or is it very warm? Both heat and humidity can cause polish to bubble.

Try putting it in a fridge for a few minutes.

Hmm. All I can think of is trying a different base/top coat. If your polish is 3-free or 5-free and the base/top coat isn't, it will bubble.

Harlyn even Canadian weather can mess up polish, I had to store mine in the fridge for the past couple week since it's been 28-35 degrees lately and some of the brand new ones were starting to become thicker and clumpy, and once I moved them to the fridge everything was fine. I keep mine in the basement now so they keep cooler.
But I'd try a different formula maybe? Like a brand you don't normally use. I've never seen zoya polishes where I am but some polishes dry quicker than others and some take foreever to completely dry even the thinnest sheerest coat.
