So I'm not sure if this is in the right category... Anyways in November I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas & I will probably be in my bikini most of the time!!
My questions for you:
1. Does getting a Brazilian hurt?
2. Is it awkward?
3. Does it cost a lot?
4. How long does it last?
Thank you everyone in advance 😻

Yes mine hurt. It was awkward but not as much as I thought it would be. The woman who did mine was very professional and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. Mine cost around 60-70$ and lasted about 2 weeks. My hair grows very fast all over my body though. Some people it will last much longer for

Yes. Sometimes they can " numb it", after my baby nothing is awkward now EVER. , it was decently expensive I mean it could've been a lot worse but it wasn't as cheap as I hoped it would be mine lasted about a month

1 yes but normally the person does long strips so you don't suffer too much
2 yes but I mean I just keep in mind that the person doing it has literally seen a bunch of them and doesn't even care... just wants money lol
3 depends where you go and if you just want the sides or the full thing. fancier he salon is, more expensive itll be (normally)
4 depends on you hair growth. I have very dark and coarse hair and ill be good for at least a week even more (especially the sides)
there we go. Don't stress too much. if you go ahead and do it just tell the person its your first time

1. Yes!
2. slightly awkward but don't worry, they're professionals
3. Where I live it's normally expensive but I found a place that charges less and does a great job - make sure they're always on top of hygiene (no double dipping sticks)
4. Mine lasted over a month with very little upkeep on my part with tweezers.

Mine hurt the 1st time.
it can be awkward if the person waxing you doesn't hold a conversation.
it depends where you go. mine costs $50
since I've only been doing it about 4 months it lasts about 2 weeks. my moms been doing it forever & hers lasts a couple weeks longer then mine. :)
