Is there a way you can make color eyeliner that last about 6 hours? I want it to be super pigmented! :)

Yes. You can also use a mixing medium like Inglot's Duraline (sold on beautylish for a couple dollars), mix eyeshadow with it and use a liner brush to apply ❤️
