I'm pretty sure the YouTube Channel Shameless Fripperies has a video about the Skin Enhancer. I haven't watched it but I really like her videos in general so I imagine that it's very informative.

The first ingredient is mineral oil so if your skin can't handle that then its best not to use it. A little goes a long way. It is so pigmented that half a pea size amount will cover your entire face. It makes for an awesome undereye concealer. My daughter has it in her kit and I uses the Beauty Blender to blend it out or a small stippling brush to give the skin but better appearance. I wish I could use it but my skin freaks out if a smidgen of mineral oil touches it.
