I'm going to an 80's themed party Saturday and have no idea how to tastefully do my hair, makeup or what outfit to wear. I need it a little toned down because I have to get the bus there and back by myself. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Crimping the hair is timeless and always fashionable. Make sure to do a lot of volume along with it to give it that extra 80s kick. Also, big flashy earrings are good for this type of costume, you can always keep them in your pocket an put them on once you get off the bus if you don't want to call to much attention.

My mom loves that look haha!
For hair it must be voluminous hair.
And makeup my mom just wore red lipstick.
For the outfit she wore high wasted pants that is 10 cm upper the ankle. Flats and t shirt tucked in the pants.

I did an 80s look for a Spirit Day at school. My mom was a teen during that time so she did my hair. She used a spiral iron to curl it and then she teased it...A LOT! For makeup I channeled Katy Perry's makeup look for her Last Friday Night music video. There are makeup tutorials for it on YouTube! For clothes I wore a loose top, a flashy belt, a ruffled mini skirt, and pumps! Hope this helps!
