Do you puy eyelid primer under your eyes for avoiding to make your skin too oily and that your mascara on your bottom lashes ruin your concealer ?

I've seen it done....though many apply the concealer after the primer application. I personally don't do that but if it works for them...cool.

Can you help me finding a skin-tinted primer that would work well under the eyes?

Or a cheap transparent one but without shimmer... (it has to look good when it's applied under the eyes).
