I need a new moisturiser. I just bought Embroylisse Lait Creme Concentre but the mineral oil in it is breaking me out. I need something that is very hydrating for dry skin and has good non-comedogenic ingredients. My skin is sensitive and spot prone, and switches between normal to dry.
Thanks ladies :)
*Side note if Kitty sees this* I tried to find Squalene Oil and its not available here so none for me :( Thanks though

I have incredibly dry, usually acne prone skin, and Kitty recommended me Cera Ve moisturizing cream in a jar, and let me just say, that I most definitely won't be purchasing any other facial moisturizers. It works so well for my skin, I am actually genuinely amazed by it. Before I bought it I was using Cetaphil lotion, and that was NOT cutting it. Even with three daily applications of liberal amounts I could still see my skin peeling off, and literally be able to peel it off in small sheets. It was so gnarly. After using a quarter size amount a day of Cera ve, my skin is normal, and it only gets small dry patches when I don't apply with my normal skin care routine, a dime to quarter sized amount a day and my skin has literally never been more moisturized. I highly suggest it if you have dry skin!

I'm not going to lie, I'm really confused. The ingredients in that aren't amazing and it contains a good bit of alcohol, petrolatum and silicone. usually Kitty says to stay well away from any alcohol. :S No comprende
Purified Water, Glycerin, Ceteareth-20 and Cetearyl Alcohol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Behentrimonium Methosulfate and Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Ceramide 3, Ceramide 6-II, Ceramide 1, Hyaluronic Acid, Cholesterol, Petrolatum, Dimethicone, Potassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Phytosphingosine, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum

I would recommend. Cerave as well or Cetaphil which is what I use. I have very sensitive acne prone skin with a few dry spots. Cetaphil has similar ingrediants to Cerave and both have worked wonders for me! In all honesty, sometimes it's that "better@ ingredients that can be more harsh to certain types of skin or that you can be allergic to. Personally, I've never seen any problems when using products with alcohol in them. I've found that, at least for me, I have horrid reactions to all natural products or the products that everyone says are better for your face. I think it all just truly depends on your skin and what it needs.

What you have right now is not working so I'd give another product a try!

Even if it has the ingredients that you're "supposed to avoid. And I'm in no way trying to invalidate what Kitty says! I love her and her skin are advice has helped me a lot in the past!

It was a while ago! Actually around January when I believe she did! However, I agree some of them aren't great ingredients! But the product itself is a miracle worker for my skin! I need to do some deeper digging , on ingredients clearly! Thanks for letting me know! And I'm glad I could help, at least a little!

Besides , if you want your own cream you can make it by using coconut oil , since your skin is dry. Coconut oil is very good for that C: So with the mask I would use the face wash , then use the diy cream afterwards. And its all Gentle and soft.

I also love the CeraVe Moisturizing Cream! Cetaphil is great but its not the best for drier skin types. I don't really have acne prone skin like I used to but I still have really sensitive skin and I love what it has done for me. Aveeno Clear Complexion (something like that lol) is good too but I haven't used it in a long time.
