Tea tree oil usually helps reduce redness n swelling but it's commonly used on mosquito bites n pimples.

If it is a cut apply Neosporin and leave it alone. If it is a bruise you can lightly dab some concealer on it. If it's just red; I can't really tell from the pic but not like and open cut or scratch... Invest in a green concealer as that is made for concealing redness! Hope that helped!
