So I posted a question about the Tarte bb cream a while back and got positive responses about it. but I also heard good things about the lumene bb cream as well. I don't really care about the price point atm. I'm more concerned about how both would affect my skin. I'm acne prone with combo normal skin. I don't need a ton of coverage. thanks so much!

I've never tried the tarte bb cream, but I do love Lumene bb cream. I can't say how it'll affect your skin because everyone's skin is different. maybe get a sample of the tarte one & see if you like it?

Lumene's BB Creme doesn't irritate my acne prone skin. Lumene's BB Creme has pretty moderator coverage, so if you want it to be more sheer tarte may be a better option. Lumene is kind if a Creme formula compared to most BB cremes.

The lumene cc cream broke me out, so I'm not sure how the bb cream would do.. Also note that lumene comes in only two shades, and they're both pretty dark (for my skin anyways) I think if youre an NC 25 or higher you would be fine. Personally, I wouldn't go with either of these. Look into BRTC bb creams. You can find them in korea or ebay. They have one specifically for acne prone skin.
