This is my easy daily makeup. Just mascara with lipstick on. I feel like when I put powder it just makes my skin heavy. But when I want to go to work I somehow think it is important to go with decent makeup. Is this not enough makeup for work? Vote and share your work makeup!

I think it looks fine if you want a bit more try a.gloss and a BB cream.

I think it depends on where you work - I worked in an office in Northern California and every day the women I worked with came in with a full face of makeup - so I quickly felt the need to do the same - this was my every day work look - I would wear either bb cream or primer n foundation with a winged liner (sometimes shadow ) blush / bronzer and a neutral lip color with brows filled in and mascara - basically a full face every day.

Wear warm colors nutral colors like browns and golds especially browns for the eyes and if your looking for a full face look keep your foundation to a minimum keep your eyeshadows to browns fill your brows in lightly black or brown top liner would be perfect and depending on your skin tone a light bronze and a touch of blush would be perfect.. we can't forget about the mascara **don't make it chunky** when it comes to lips depends on your skin color or hue colored lip gloss *pink/clear something nude would be good.. you just don't want to look dramatic yet soft and suttle and a touch of flirty at work

I agree it probably depends on what type of work setting you're in. I had a teaching job and I didn't wear makeup. But I never do, so that's one thing. I like your look, I always think simple is better. But I've also seen plenty of women in retail wear full face or more, even false lashes and such. To each their own!

This is my splurge look for work. I work in a long term care facility so I need extra stay power! I used urban decay primer in greed! The naked palette and the 24\7 urban decay eyeliner in pervasive I believe! No foundations or concealer.

I do a mostly full face...primer, foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, brow gel, lipstickNo contouring or anything. I probably do too much in the eyeshadow department, but my eyes are hooded and you can't see it anyways! Here's what I've worn to work...
