So I don't know if this falls under this but I'm having problems sleeping at night and I think it might be because I can't breathe out my nose. are there any breathing strips that have been great you've used before? thanks for the help!

I have the opposite problem! I can't breathe out of my mouth. :( so it sucks when my nose is stuffy, bc that's the only way I can breathe at night!
Anyways, that's beyond the point..hope you find something that works for you :)

Try breath right nose strips, sold at drugstores.

I would see a doctor. That sounds like it could be related to sleep apnea or an adenoid issue.
