Sephora question?:)

So my birthday is on the 15th and I was hoping to go to sephora with my sister and friend and I heard that you can get a birthday type sample thing if you go during the month of your birthday is this true? And is there Certain rules that apply?
I have a sephora card/ membership thing If you need one of those :)

You have to wait until its your birthday though and actually show them the email you got from sephora. because I literally just went in to day with my mom because her birthday is on Friday but we are leaving to go out of town tomorrow and she wanted to get it before we left and they wouldn't give it to her because it wasn't her birthday yet and she didn't have the email saying she got it even though when we checked out and they look up you account to check out it even says your birthday on it. But yes you get a little lipstick and mascara its cute and its by makeup forever and I love the mascara that's in it (I have the full size)

Yeah, it was my bday month in July and I just told them it was my birthday month and I got a lipstick and mascara.

You can go in anytime in your birthday month, and it is absolutely free. No purchase required. The current gift is from Makeup Forever and it includes a mini lipstick and a mini mascara :) just go up to a sales rep and tell them it's your birthday month!
