Can you do a Paul Mitchell shines XG or a PM Shines with a keratin smoothing treatment?

It's best to color your hair before getting a keratin treatment as the treatment adds luster and shine back into the hair, making the color look more appealing and natural; It can also lighten the color a bit so you would want to dye it a shade or two darker. If you want to dye your hair AFTER a keratin treatment, then it's best to wait about two or so weeks and use a dye without ammonia, as it can mess up the keratin treatment. Some people say that hair dye has ruined their keratin treatments while others say it didn't make a difference so it also depends on your hair type. I'm not familiar with many of the Paul Mitchell dyes, but a Demi semi-permanent would probably be the bet way to go. Hope this helps :)
