I've been trying to grow my hair out for over two years now and it's only gown about 8 inches...I use a flat iron but have recently been using it a lot less, my roots keep coming in (I dye my hair) but no change in length this is so frustrating I've tried leave ins less heat even less color treatments but it refuses to grow past this point. It hasn't grown in about 4 months. Also I do trim up the dead ends so i dont know why it won't progress. Any tips on how to help it along??

My hair is SO fine it didn't grow an inch for at least 4 years. I found this shampoo at Sally's beauty store and its called "folicure" in a white bottle with blue and red writing. It's suppose to thicken your hair. It didnt really thicken my hair much but it definitely made it grow! It's grown at least 2 or 3 inches in a year which is crazy progress for my hair lol.

Try olive oil, birth control pills in shampoo, eggs and apply mayonnaise to your dead/split ends to help temporarily repair them instead of cutting since that's not growing your hair. Good luck!!

I was in the exact same situation as you. Trust me. In all of my yearbook pictures my hair was the same length. It never wanted to grow. But around 6 weeks ago I been taking prenatal vitamins, no heat on my hair, and deep conditioning and honestly I can say my hair grew a good inch which is amazing. Try it out.

There's nothing really :/ depends on how healthy your hair is . It could be dry and breaking off as its growing so it seems like it's not getting longer . Nioxin isn't very reliable . Depends on your hair type and it's a long process . There's really nothing on the market that'll make your hair grow .

But I've also heard of putting crushes up prenatal pills in your shampoo and conditioner . Taking prenatal might give you way more nutrients that what you need. So you could try that ?
