Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you fine-haired girls out there could help me :)

I'm looking for a drugstore product that could create volume and a bit of messy texture in my hair, something I could use without having to blow dry. For example, I love Lucy hale's hair in pll

I have very fine hair and to be honest I haven't found any drugstore product that's gently enough to give me volume without build up. So, if you don't mind splurging I suggest and really enjoy the purology volume mist. It smells lovely and is so softening and gentle with great volume!!
