What to wear with this dress?

Ok I'm going to a birthday dinner soon and I don't really know what to wear with this dress makeup/shoe wise. Does anyone have any ideas? Also I'm wearing a cream trench coat over the top if it's cold :) thanks.

Yes,a cream colour coat will look classy and I would wear a red bold lip and neutral eyeshadow with some winged eyeliner and for shoes,cream heels with red soles!! <3, ah,I will love it!! :-)
