You really can't do anything to make them grow, it's kinda just like hair it depends on genetics. Just be careful with them and take care of your cuticles and they'll get healthier and grow on their own.

For best results, take any clear nail polish and dice up some garlic and put it in. paint your bare nails with it.. it stinks but I swear, it works.. I have been biting my nails since I could walk probably. tried everything even wearing gloves. but with this, my nails have become stronger, longer, and it doesn't bend or break or chip. hope this helps.
