What is your skin type? I'd suggest castro oil or shea shutter.

I have normal skin , but recently I've been getting dry patches of skins and these bumps all over my face I think I'm breaking out from something I are or put on my face but I don't know.

I swear by CeraVe moisturizer it's my favorite moisturizer. They have plenty of moisturizers depending on your skin type.

For day time try aveeno skin calming and use Neutrogena pink grapefruit acne face wash and for bedtime use a really thick eucerin calming cream, it REALLY helps.

I think you need castro oil.
