I am curious to know what all you girls like when it comes to prom dresses and what you think a lot of other people like. Like what style.
So tell me what you like and then tell me what you think are a few popular styles.
Also do a lot people like poofy dresses?

I like more fitted dresses to show off your assets. But I also think ball gowns are absolutely beautiful just not for prom.

1950s style dresses are BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't find one that would go for my prom tho, I had a grecian style dress with a boatneck neckline:)

I love dresses with lots of rhinestones, low/open backs, not a fan of poofy dresses for prom. I think you should wait til your senior year to get the perfect prom dress, if you're going to prom as a junior maybe get a simpler dress that's still pretty if you get what I'm saying lol.

I love dresses with exposed backs and when the dress is tighter all the way to your hips then gets flowy. So mermaid style :)

Wendy, this isn't for me to wear. I'm planning on sewing and selling dresses for events like this. It'll help me earn some money.

I get what you're saying though Wendy :)
Thank you girls :)
If I did make some poofy dresses would some people buy them?

I like keeping it simple the early years and then go all out your senior year. I do love sparkles and bright colors (:
Depends on HOW poofy. Cause my definition could be wayyyy different that someone else's.

I love poofy prom dresses personally and I absolutely abhor mermaid gowns like I hate them so much but I mean thats my opinion and I know that mermaid style gowns are pretty popular.
