Maybe a bright pink lipstick? ha. I believe they make these sticky things so you don't have to wear bras with those types of dresses I'll have to look up what they're called.

Silicone bras. you can get them cheapish at body central. for makeup, I say gold eyes and a berry or darker pink lipstick?

Get the stick on cups for the dress! I just bought one recently and it is totally worth it! I don't recommend getting the extremely cheap ones as the stickiness wears off after a couple months. I just got rid of my old one which lasted 2 years and was still sticky; after washes and all. I paid $40 for mine at La Vie en Rose (not sure if you have one where you are).

May I ask where are you going? You always bring your a-game to go out. I love dressing up, but I can't seem to find enough occasions!! :)
