Since it's strapless I'd do hair either half up & curly or down & to the side. I'll try to find some pictures. since it's a neutral colored dress, you can rock any lipstick :)

Definitely match the shoes with a handbag or accesories. a red lip is classic and always works. and as far as the hair I think anything goes with that dress!

I can't exactly tell due to.the lighting, but the dress looks white. I thought only the bride was to wear white...but I think a pink lip would be nice.

I was going to say the thing about white dresses. Just make sure the bride is okay with it...check with her personally. My mom didn't even wear white at her wedding but asked her friends to PLEASE not wear white, but one of her two witnesses actually wore white and pissed my mom off lol :)

You're not supposed to wear a white dress to a wedding. The reason it looks rude is because it looks like you're trying to outshine the bride.
