Becca just released a palette of neutral matte eye colors. Urban Decay Basics palette and Make Up For Ever has colorful matte shades and NYX has a line of matte shades as well.

TheBalm's "Meet Matte" palettes are amazing quality. Definitely must-haves in my collection. I also like the IT Cosmetics "Naturally Pretty" palette, which is sold at ULTA, and has all matte shades except for the one 'transforming' shade that is for making a look shimmery if you want. I have the BH cosmetics palette but will admit to rarely reaching for it.
