Anyone know of products that help treat keratosis pilaris (KP/chicken skin) I'm so self-conscious about it and I want to be able to wear shorts without using makeup to cover my legs up! Please help!

Have you tried exfoliating Alysia? like with a scrub? I use to have it on my arms and they gradually went away after months of exfoliation. Try exfoliating about 3x a week.

Derma doctor makes a good one but expensive. If you have insurance, your doctor can prescribe a cream but the one my doc gave me stunk to high heaven:(
