On the first day of school (I have a slight uniform) I'm wearing dark jeggings all black vans a white Nike polo and a black brandy Melville cardigan. I want to wear a red lip with this black and white look, but want a cute eyeshadow look to go, but need some new ideas! Thanks!(:

Neutral eye makeup with or without winged eyeliner or winged eyeliner and no eyeshadow or maybe some in the crease to add depth/definition.

Just remember that if you have a bold lip, have neutral eyes; and same applies for vice versa.
