Another app on your phone is probably putting them up there. It use to happen to me when I downloaded crappy apps lol.

I have the galaxy s3 too. just noticed the ads. they seem to only appear when I'm looking at a commmunity thread.

It's annoying... I have them in my droid not my iPod. But if they show up on my iPod imma going to be really annoyed. I draw the line at ads especially on an app like this.

I have an android as well. I feel you, Kendra. like maybe if the ads were beauty related I could get over it, but seeing an ad all the time asking if I'm single & stupid crap like that is just annoying. I feel like it's making my app slower too..

I'm avoiding the update. I went onto Google play, went in the settings and checked "do not auto-update apps".

As much as I hate ads, I would hate BL becoming a paid thing. Or having premium accounts only things. Nothing irks me more then "pay ____$ and you can get access to all of the site instead of just the 10% of it you get for free" there's plenty of forum sites that make people pay to post in them :/
