So my skin produces milia and I've been trying to get rid of it on my own for awhile with no help so I finally went to the derm. She did a basic facial but then went a small needle and pulled the skin down to make a small incision to then push the milia out. I had the milia underneath my eyes, on my cheeks, and on my forehead. The pain was pretty bad on my cheeks and horrible on my forehead but underneath my eyes was fine. They prescribed tretinae for further use.

The whole thing was only 50 dollars for me! The medicine was 100 dollars..

Bless you! I've had mine done within facials only cost a few quid in the UK. They can reappear though :-(
