I actually would just treat the acne itself but not the bleached part. as long as it doesn't hurt or burn you can leave it alone, or maybe when her acne is gone she can apply bronzer onto it until it looks better. try another acne treatment!

I think it's very much better to try using natural cures than any chemicals because those chemicals always have side effects. Tumeric face mask (with yogurt and honey) two times a week would really help for the pigmentation, but she has to realize that she has to be patient and committed to see some results. As for the acne she could use chamomile oil to help heal and dry the acne if she has oily skin, it's very safe and fast, and it's also sanitizing. Tea tree oil oon the other hand is very famous for curing acne.
Also I think she has to check if she has eczema, because judging from the state of her skin, it seems that she's been suffering from acne since long ago, and it could be eczema what is causing her this acne, she could be sensitive to specific food, and if it turned out that she does have eczema, make sure NOT to use anything containing hydro-cortisone in it, it could make these pigmentations worse!
I'm sorry if this is long!

Paula's choice has amazing skin care, and they are very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. She can also try a mask of real honey left on for twenty minutes or so, it's got natural antibacterial properties and works wonders! She can use it daily, just wash off and go, it makes skin so soft😁
